Who We Are
Vision Way Organisation is a Ghanaian non-governmental organization established in 2013 and registered as a company limited by guarantee under the laws of the Republic of Ghana. We are passionate about training, empowering, and inspiring Ghanaians—especially youth and women—to unlock their potential and live meaningful lives.
We facilitate safe learning spaces—environments where individuals feel respected, supported, and inspired to grow. Within these spaces, youth and women across Ghana gain access to skills training, mentorship, and opportunities that help them break through limitations. Whether it’s a rural workshop, a classroom, or a community center, each space we create fosters confidence, purpose, and the drive to succeed.

Since our founding in 2013, we have dedicated ourselves to building a Ghana where youth, women, and organizations are empowered to rise above limitations and pursue lives of purpose. Through workshops, mentorship, and tailored programs, we nurture not only practical skills but also confidence, resilience, and visionary leadership.
Our training sessions span a wide range of areas—from entrepreneurship and financial management to corporate governance, customer service, and leadership development. Each initiative is carefully designed to address real challenges faced by individuals and businesses across Ghana, ensuring that participants walk away with practical tools they can immediately apply in their lives and work.
We’re particularly passionate about youth empowerment, having trained over 500,000 young people through initiatives like our flagship Student Entrepreneurship Projects. Many of these young men and women have gone on to start their own businesses, become community leaders, and inspire others to follow in their footsteps.
We also recognize the critical role of women in national development. That’s why we’ve provided financial literacy training and support to hundreds of women, helping them gain access to funding, start businesses, and achieve greater financial independence.
Beyond individual growth, we work hand-in-hand with organizations to build strong governance structures, ethical practices, and high-performing teams. Our corporate governance training has helped companies across several regions establish functional boards and implement policies that drive sustainable growth.

In 2013, we officially registered as a Ghanaian-owned non-governmental organization, driven by the dream of transforming lives through empowerment. From our earliest days, we focused on training, mentorship, and building practical skills, believing that real change starts with equipping people to shape their own futures.
